The items are lovely and great quality, but I just unwillingly "donated" to this company $700 for no reason via the returns process that I have no options for fixing. I purchased this Arris pack and several other items in brown, but I initiated a return because I accidentally ordered 2 of something, and also the brown color was kind of bright for me - so i switched it out for green. I returned 2 packages on separate dates with 2 different carriers for these returns (one for the extra item, one for the color switch), and in the meantime i purchased some green items of the same thing. I've been arguing with customer support for literally months who insist that there is absolutely no way that I can ever receive a refund without me providing tracking info, because i didn't use "their" label (because i couldn't) and I don't have tracking numbers. I guess my "packing slips"/handwritten notes inside my packages stating the order numbers, name, email, and reasons for return, which matched perfectly my approved, online return portal request beforehand as i was requested to do, were not good enough for them to…
