Crossbody Shape Issues

This works the way I want it to, but it is a tad too stiff and odd in shape to hold phone, keys, meds easily. I would have preferred a slightly more flexible shape. For example I have to work at keeping the keys from scratching the screen on my phone. I use this for when I am taking a walk mostly.
