Please note: International orders cannot be split. If one item is out of stock in the order, we will need to either cancel that item, refund, and ship the rest. Or wait until that items is restocked before we can ship the order out in full.
How you pay all customs fees, duties, and taxes depends on the laws and regulations specific to your final shipping destination. If any of these charges apply to your order, they will be added to your order at checkout to be prepaid with your order placement. Some countries allow for some or all of these charges to be paid upon delivery of the product. If this is applicable to your order, it will be reflected as an option on the checkout page.

Due to the effects COVID-19 our fulfillment center is experiencing longer than normal shipment times. As always they will be placing priority on express shipping orders. If item(s) are available and in stock, all orders will ship within 24–72 business hrs of being placed. All standard orders will ship within 3-5 days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be sent the next business day. Thank you for your understanding while we navigate these challenging times.
You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and email with your tracking number once your order is processed.

You will be re-directed to the returns portal where you'll be asked to enter your order number and email address. Complete the online return form and mail your items back to us. Once we receive and process your request, our returns team will notify you via email!

Unfortunately, Boundary does not cover return shipping or custom fees, but we do cover outbound shipping for exchanges. Once the shipment is received, we will email you to let you know the status.

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
