What is your warranty?
We guarantee everything we make with a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owners. See our warranty information for additional details. Check our cleaning instructions if you have a dirty or stained product.
How do I clean my bag or accessory?
The best way to clean your Boundary Supply product is by first removing as much dirt as possible with a soft brush then spot cleaning with a microfiber cloth using only water. See our cleaning instructions for additional details.
Will my laptop fit in the pack?
All laptop measurements are based on Macbook Pro 13, 15 and 16" devices. We cannot guarantee all makes and models of a specific size will fit the same as a Macbook Pro.
Where are your products made?
Boundary Supply products are produced in the USA, Taiwan, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, and Indonesia.

Shipping & Returns
What is a "Preorder" item?
Periodically there are items on our website with a purchase button that says 'PREORDER'. These items are available to purchase, but will not ship right away. Stock notifications are present on each product page with a purchase button indicating whether the item is in stock or preorder. Preorder items are temporarily out of stock and will ship to the customer once available.
How much does domestic U.S. shipping cost ?

Domestic Orders (U.S.):

  • Standard Ground: Free on orders over $100

Handling time is typically 1–3 business day for all shipments, unless the item is on pre-order. Orders received after noon Mountain Time (GMT -7) are sometimes not processed until the next business day. US orders typically arrive in 8-15 business days.

 

How much does international shipping cost?
  • Free Expedited Shipping for all orders over $400 USD
  • $10 Express flat rate for all international orders under $400 USD

Please note: International orders cannot be split. If one item is out of stock in the order, we will need to either cancel that item, refund, and ship the rest. Or wait until that item is restocked before we can ship the order out in full.

 

How you pay all customs fees, duties, and taxes depends on the laws and regulations specific to your final shipping destination. If any of these charges apply to your order, they will be added to your order at checkout to be prepaid with your order placement. Some countries allow for some or all of these charges to be paid upon delivery of the product. If this is applicable to your order, it will be reflected as an option on the checkout page.

Boundary Supply ships to nearly every country from one fulfillment center located in Hong Kong

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

If item(s) are available and in stock, all orders will ship within 24–72 business hrs of being placed. All standard orders will ship from Hong Kong and arrive within 8-15 days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be sent the next business day. Thank you for your understanding while we navigate these challenging times.

You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and email with your tracking number once your order is processed.

Please allow 1–2 days to begin tracking your package.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund, minus shipping charges. All returns must be in a like new condition to qualify for a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, including any fees that may apply.

Please note: refunds will only be submitted back to your original payment method used directly on our website. If you did not purchase from our website, or no longer have a valid payment form saved with us, we will not be able to process a refund. For these cases, we will only be able to issue store credit.

Unfortunately, Boundary does not cover return shipping or custom fees, but we do cover outbound shipping for exchanges.

How do I access a tracking number?

You access your tracking number via your profile on www.boundarysupply.com or via email sent after your package has been shipped. You will not receive a tracking number until your package has shipped.

How do I use a discount code?
Active discount codes are added during checkout. Discount codes cannot be stacked or used with other promotions. Sale items are marked on the site with the corresponding discount and do not require a discount code.
Sales & Promotions
Boundary Supply occasionally offers sales and promotions on our products throughout the year. Boundary reserves the right to extend sales or price match for customers who miss the sale or promotion. All price matching requests must be made within 7 days of the original order to receive the price match.
Afterpay
What is Installments with Afterpay?
Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Installments with Afterpay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Can I use Installments with Afterpay if I’m an international customer?
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
How does the payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

When will my items be delivered if I use Installments with Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on YourWebsite.com using Installments by Afterpay.
What products are not eligible for purchase using Installments with Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Installments with Afterpay?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?

What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.
