Refund policy

Boundary Supply offers a 30 day return policy on all regular, non-sale/non-discontinued items purchased directly from the boundarysupply.com online shop. Final Sale items are non-refundable and are sold "As Is."

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, including any fees that may apply.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You will need to provide a verifiable Proof of Purchase, which includes the purchase date and purchase confirmation number.

Please note: The Refund Policy is only applicable for purchases made on our website and refunds will only be submitted back to your original payment method used.
