I had problems with customer service here at BS including what I considered to be offensive even. I'm shocked to even have to write something like that thinking that this was a cool company. Wong and very disappointing. On top of that, this sling is a fanny pack that they are labeling as a sling (to sell better, I guess). The x pac material is great but It hangs poorly on the body because its not really a sling. The zippers are also difficult to deal with and aren't nearly as smooth as I'm used to. My Peak Design sling, for example, is so much better to wear and use, even though it is not with x pac material. Getting a refund took about 3 weeks, several emails, contacting PayPal for help, and a lot of aggravation with the CS at BS, too. Apparently, customer service here is just one guy, Tyler (according to him). Lots of luck if you have any questions or concerns there. My experience here was lousy so thanks but no thanks, BS. P.S: you just lost a very cool customer, too.
