1. it had a few more internal pockets. I get it, this guy isn't for pocket people, but come on. Even the front compartment is not well thought out as far as what fits in those tiny spaces. If it had had even one flat zipper pocket in the roll-top ish area, or the laptop area, that would have been great. Maybe one "secret" or non-obvious small pocket to put a few flat papers, airtag, etc. And since the interior is (admittedly cool) 'nywool' - it doesn't adapt to any hook n loop solution.
2. the primary sling strap that goes across your chest
a. needs a bit more cushioning right by the solar plexus;
b. additionally, if you are a very skinny person or too short - it seems the strap is kind of designed against you. Because Boundary chose not to have any possibility of excess strap at all, this makes it tough to pull the pack closer to your chest without having excess billowing outwards, unless you find a way to pin it down, or sew/mod it. Boundary also doesn't sell a mod for this, which could solve it, since the main strap lower half does detach from the upper half.
Otherwise, this is the best looking sling that also resembles a backpack, available. : ) Good work, Boundary!
