Boundary Supply offers two limited warranties against manufacturing defects, based on when your product was purchased: - **Lifetime Warranty**: All products purchased in 2025 and beyond—identified by our updated logo—are backed by a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner. - **3-Year Warranty**: Products purchased before 2025, featuring our original logo, are covered by a 3-year limited warranty for the original owner. Both warranties cover the same manufacturing defects, but coverage length depends on when the product was purchased. For full details, please see our Warranty Information. Our laptop compartment dimensions are based on the 13", 14”, 15", and 16" MacBook Pro models. While many laptops of similar sizes will fit, we can’t guarantee a perfect fit for all makes and models. For the most accurate fit, we recommend checking the exact internal dimensions listed on each product page.

All U.S. orders are shipped from our warehouse in Utah via UPS, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the country. For international orders, we ship directly from our global distribution center in Hong Kong using DHL Express to provide efficient, worldwide service. Whether you're across the state or across the globe, we’ll get your gear to you quickly and securely.
Standard ground shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100 and travels via UPS from our Utah warehouse. We ship within 1–3 business days (excluding pre-orders); orders placed after 12:00 PM Mountain Time (GMT-7) may process the next business day. Standard ground packages usually arrive in 8–15 business days. Need your gear faster? Select UPS Expedited at checkout for a speedier, fully-tracked delivery (additional cost applies).
We offer fast and reliable international shipping via DHL Express from our distribution center in Hong Kong. - Free Expedited Shipping on orders over $400 USD - $10 Express Flat Rate on orders under $400 USD Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, unless an item is on preorder. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Mountain Time (GMT -7) may process the next business day. Most international deliveries arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on your location. **Important Notes:** - International orders cannot be split. If one item in your order is out of stock, you can choose to wait until it's restocked or remove it for a partial shipment. - Customs, duties, and taxes vary by destination. Any applicable fees will either be prepaid at checkout or charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These options will be shown clearly at checkout. Boundary Supply ships to nearly every country worldwide from our international fulfillment center in Hong Kong. However, due to shipping restrictions or carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship to some countries. For a full list of restrictions, please visit our Shipping Policy page.
If your item is in stock, your order will ship within 24–72 business hours of being placed. All standard orders ship from our Hong Kong distribution center, with delivery typically taking 8–15 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation via email and text (if selected) with your tracking number once your order is on the way. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking activity to update after shipment.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original, like-new condition within 14 days for a full refund, minus any original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any associated fees. **Please note:** - Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout on our website. - If your payment method is no longer valid or if you purchased through a third-party retailer, we’ll issue store credit instead. Boundary is not responsible for any returned packages sent without approval or RMA#. Unfortunately, Boundary does not cover return shipping or custom fees, but we do cover outbound shipping for exchanges.
