Where do you ship?
We ship Boundary products to every country in the world and have fulfillment centers globally so we can achieve this with minimal shipping timelines!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $300 USD. Otherwise, we offer geographical rates to anywhere in the world. You may add items to your cart and view your shipping options and final costs before checkout.
All import costs are the responsibility of the recipient and charged at the time of purchase.
What Happens if i receive fees after my package arrives?
Smooth Sailing Guarantee: We guarantee your package will arrive to you without any hidden fees or extra charges. If you experience any charges after your package has shipped, Boundary will cover those fees!
*Because of changing laws in South East Asia, we cannot cover the following countries if fees are imposed: Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia. We are currently figuring out the laws, and hope to have a solution as soon as possible.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All orders will ship within 24 - 48 hrs of being placed. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be sent the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow one to two days to begin tracking your package.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may go ahead and return the item(s) within 90 days in its original condition for a full refund, minus shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, including any fees that may apply.
For Exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

How do i make a return or exchange?

After following the link, input your order number and email address and follow the instructions to submit a return request. Our team will review and respond within 24hrs regarding approval. Once you have an RMA#, please send back the item(s) using a carrier of your choice to the below address:

*Unfortunately Boundary does not cover return shipping or custom fees, but we do cover outbound shipping for exchanges. Once the shipment is received back, we will email you to let you know the status.
How do i access my tracking number?
You access your tracking number via your profile on www.Boundarysupply.com or via email sent after your package has been shipped. You will not receive a tracking number until your package has shipped. If you need further assistance, please email email@example.com
What if my package is missing items?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
What if something arrived and it is broken?
Please do not try to repair your item. The first step is to send photos to email@example.com and describe the issue you are experiencing. Depending on the situation, we will prescribe the correct treatment to your issue.
What is your warranty?
If any of our products ever fail as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace at Boundary’s discretion.
We guarantee everything we make for a lifetime within normal wear and tear. If you ever experience a problem with your Boundary gear, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will address the issue within 24 hours. If your item has been used for many years and just needs some love, send us an email email@example.com and someone on our repair team in Salt Lake City, UT will breathe new life into your product.
If you have a warranty claim, send us an email with a description of the issues and some photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will respond back within 24 business hours with return instructions.
Where are your products made?
All Boundary products are produced in the USA, Taiwan, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, and Indonesia.
How do i clean or care for my boundary gear?
We will have a few cleaner kits availalble for Boundary products within the next month or so. These kits will be eco friendly, safe, and specific for all Boundary items. Please stay tuned!
DO you offer a military or service discount?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount for members of the US military, law enforcement, and firefighters. If you would like to receive a code, please email email@example.com with a copy of your service ID. We will generate and share a unique code good for one year as a thanks for your service!
