We need a Marketing & Executive Assistant who is bright and motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail at all times. A high level of organization and interest in working across multiple areas of the business, which a heavy focus on marketing, is a must. We are a small team that is growing, so we need someone who can not only be great in their day to day work, but can identify opportunities to make the overall team more organized and efficient. Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative, and inherently exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Boundary. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** **Marketing Functions** - Manage multiple marketing agency relationships and ensure team follow-through on marketing initiatives. Onboarding new marketing agencies, getting them up to speed, and managing the relationship - Collaborate with leadership to build and manage digital marketing advertising budgets for agencies to utilize - Manage company email marketing platform and work with marketing agency to maximize efficiency and platform ROI - Assist leadership with affiliate program management, organization, and commission payment - Liaise with designers, copy writers, and creative agencies to generate content and new assets to deploy in our marketing channels, organically, and on our site - Other tasks, as assigned, in the marketing space, given our startup nature - Pull weekly marketing reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement **Executive Assistant Functions** - Provide administrative support for the President - Handle all HR matters such as employee onboarding, benefits administration (including healthcare, dental and retirement plans), coordinating team activities and office perks. - Office management duties such as purchasing office supplies, scheduling cleaning services and repairs - Project manage special initiatives at the direction of the President - Proactively seek to assist the President overall with daily, weekly, and monthly initiatives **Qualifications** - 3+ years of executive administrative or related marketing roles in a fast-paced, challenging environment - A track record of consistently going above and beyond - Self-starting, go-getter attitude - Ability to wear multiple hats and take on a wide variety of tasks and projects - Ability to make effective decisions, often in ambiguous settings and under minimal direction - Must be comfortable using and learning new technologies - Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once - High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documents - Marketing experience and a desire to grow and learn new skills **Preferred** - Marketing automation experience is a plus - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus - Marketing reporting experience is a plus - Interest in pursuing marketing as a career **What We Offer** - Competitive pay - Work-hard, play-hard office atmosphere - Healthcare coverage - Bonus program - Flexible hours - Outdoor company activities - Generous PTO and work / life integration **[Submit your resume](**
