Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders over $250 USD. Otherwise, we offer geographical rates to anywhere in the world. We offer economical small parcel rates as well. You may add items to your cart and view your shipping options and final costs before checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow one to two days to begin tracking your package.

All import costs are the responsibility of the recipient and charged at the time of purchase.

*Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.

+ RETURNS/EXCHANGES


Return Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in original packaging/new condition and we’ll issue you a refund for the product, less shipping.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged/defective when you received it. If you received a gift and don’t have the original packing slip, we’ll issue you a discount code good for online store credit.

+ WARRANTY/REPAIR


Warranty:

All Boundary products come with a lifetime guarantee and if a product ever fails as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace at Boundary’s discretion. We guarantee everything we make for a lifetime within normal wear and tear. If you ever experience a problem with your Boundary gear, you can email Elena@boundarysupply.com and we will solve the issue within 24 hours. If your item has been used for many years and just needs some love, send us an email Elena@boundarysupply.com and someone on our repair team in Salt Lake City, UT will breathe new life into your product.

Repair/Warranty Claims:

If you have a warranty claim, send us an email with a description of the issues and some photos to elena@boundarysupply.com We will respond back within 24 business hours with return instructions.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for something else, you’ll still send the item you wish to return back to us first. After we confirm the item has been received, we will reach back out to coordinate the shipment of the replacement item(s).

*Gifts can only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser, an exchange, or store credit. Boundary can only accept returns for items purchased through our website. Processing of returns can take up to 5 business days. Refunds issued to your account can require up to 7 days to post.

Boundary Care Instructions:

All our clothing products are made with natural performing fibers and high performance synthetic yarns that require special attention. Please always wash your Boundary gear in cold water and tumble dry low. For any bags or carry items, please use a damp cloth or brush using a diluted soapy solution and then pat or blow dry.
