Your shipment will be sent from our European or Domestic shipping locations depending on which is fastest with in a 24-48-hour period. You access your tracking number via your profile on www.boundarysupply.com or via email sent after your package has been shipped. You will not receive a tracking number until your package has shipped. WHAT IF SOMETHING ARRIVES MISSING OR BROKEN?

Please do not try to repair your item. The first step is to send photos to elena@boundarysupply.com and describe the issue you are experiencing. Depending on the situation, we will prescribe the correct treatment to your issue and involve one our worldwide repair centers to breathe new life into your favorite Boundary gear!

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY PROGRAM? IS IT REALLY FOR A LIFETIME?

We guarantee everything we make for a lifetime within normal wear and tear. RETURNS

We allow returns up to 30 days after ordering if the items are in good condition. If you would like to try something on or see something in person, we offer free returns in the USA. If there is some sort of an issue, we will repair the situation within 24-48 hours.
